Just out of curiousity is it dangerous or against the law to have clear globes in clear repeaters? thanks

YES

they have to have orange globes in them at least in the back, i do believe you could argue the clear front facing indicators, but i reckon you would lose.

Yes on both accounts. Why wouldn't you want to have orange globes in them? :

Is it dangerous?

Naw. If you're coming into a roundabout with your indicator on to turn right, and the guy pulls out in front of you cos he can't see your indicator flashing, it wouldn;t be dangerous at all.

im talking abt the side repeaters not the indicators...i just thought the front indicators were more than enough for someone to see me indicate...never really thought the side repeaters were of much use

side and rear have to be orange globes alot more then the front, although all indicators should be orange to save any possible hassles or fines.

haha i painted some indicator globes red, then blue, and green and finally yellow! i was bored and decided to test out different colours. i used the red ones for a bit, it looked pretty cool but i thought i better get amber ones before i get pulled up for it!! LOL! if you paint clear globes yellow it works pretty good.
