I learnt to drive in a EB2 gli wagon which up until my 18th birthday, i thought i was going to own. My old man ended up keeping it but it was really nice car to drive and made learning to park interesting.
It was lowered pretty far but had fugly 12 slotters and some bullet hole looking stickers on the tailgate,lol. Ill try to get pics. |

tommi, you can see how low the rear of my wagon is in the previous pics.......and my fairlane bottoms out more
my fairlane as i enter our driveway slides along the road lol!......the wagon never touched |

Would you know what springs you had? your one looks good aswell!,
Only reason I was ever really scared of lowering one of my cars was that i thought i would never get it up the drive way, but since owning the dumped XE I'm kind of over that fear cause that got up it without any worries and it was pretty Damn low! (about 8cm at the lowest part)  Just wasn't sure about the over hang on the wagon! Ill chuck it on Super lows when it comes to the time, and see what happens i guess.

mad_ed_wagon, Thanks I have super lows up front but had the rears reset, I was tossing up between reset (about a third the price of new) or brand spanking superlows, more expensive but apparently give better handleing but I doubt you would notice the difference, but I am glad I got them reset because it came down 73 or 4mm!! which you certainly wouldnt get with superlow leafs.
