Not without spacers, AUII's were the first to come out with 16" stockies.

YES AU 16 inch Stocky Fit the REAR of a EF/EL

They are GREAT on the Back as when you Stage at the drags you dont get rubber all up your qtr Panel

they do not fit propperly so are not legal...they sit in way too far without spacers/adapters.

I think there only illegal if you use the spacers, ive seen heaps of earlier model falcons with au steelies on the back, nothing wrong with them, just looks odd.
Fronts will definately not fit without a spacer or adapter.

You cannot fit rims that change the track by more than 25mm. As each AU rim is roughly 35mm different offset to E series, that's 70mm total, which is more than the allowed 25mm, so they are illegal with or without spacers.

That means you can not go Wider then Factory Track by any more then 25mm .... you can dish the wheels IN by as much as you can..

and as you can see if you use AU stockys under the back for skids then you will not get as much if any rubber up the qtr panels .. and that saves your paint work.. I have been running AU stockys on the back for drags for around 3 years now .....

So I'm assuming AU 16" stockies will fit the rear of EA - ED's as well? I might get some for Springnats if I decide to enter.

What does it matter?

If your going to use them for strip application who gives a shiz what it looks like.

If you want them to look normal then buy some hub adapters.
