Talking Got my P's today!

Got my p's this morning, no worries. Hazard perception test went alright, but some of the shit is hard to see - the graphics are about on par with the old atari 2600 :hihi: - time for an upgrade methinks.
Drove to school this morning, risking suspension cuz i don't have a thing signed saying i'm going to abide by the school's shite rules but i couldn't not.
Could have possible converted a couple of commodore bogans, who *realised* for the first tiime ford isn't just for families and grandpas. Hehe

Oh yeah, I've got
1993 White ED GLi, darkest legal tint, Super Low Kings, Gabriel G-Force shocks, 17" BA XR8 replicas, clear indicators, Pioneer DEH 7650 hu, Boss cheapo amp running Rockford Punch 12" sub.
Coming soon -
2.5" Berklee cat back zorst, Pioneer TSD6910's

Pictures coming soon!

Good on ya. Sounds like a nice first car. Congrats.

needfordspeed, I think he descibed the hazard perception test pretty well. It's easy, but kinda hard cause the graphics are soo shit, so it's hard to tell whether you should go or not. I think i got like 56% and that was a pass.

Yeah I only got 67% for hazard perception, the pass is 51%
I'm not in melb, in shitty Colac so I might be able to make it to a couple of the Geelong cruises in the near future. Went for my first proper cruise last night, already had an undercover SS following me around

Doesn't it SUCK!! I'm in *exactly* the same situation!

What's this hazard perception test I've been hearing so much about?

basically a computer screen with a simulated situation...
for instance overtaking on a country road, u touch the screen when its safe to do the required action (overtake in this instance)
if its never safe to do it, then u don't touch the screen.

And it's really unco trying to judge distances & stuff on a ****y little TV screen... And when you're used to actually holding a steering wheel, changing gears, and using your feet for speeding up, slowing down & changing gears, having ALL of those variables thrown into your finger tip, it kinda throws you...

Mabey it should be more of a hazzard perception test. Brake reaction time, drive arround a simulated area and kids jump out etc?? Almost impossable to perceve depth from a 2d object with such low resolution.
