We got a three car garage and a two car carport, no cars are usually parked in the garage because we got heaps of crap in there plus a tractor and some attatchments. We got a truck in the carport my car in the next spot of the car port usually, and all the other cars are just parked in the driveway.

Currently my car is in the garage, after my car is done i'm gonna start parking mums AU in the garage and my car in the car port again, but I know mum won't want to walk to the garage every morning to get the car and go to work so she'll start using the car port, then i'll use the garage :P

Mine sits in the driveway where the carport used to be. It fell down a couple years back and crushed my mums cortina :(

Ouch.

Mine's garaged all the time and I hate it any other way. My XF once had a garage so small there was no room on the front and passenger sides, the driver's side had about a foot, and most of the boot hung out the garage.

For cat's, there's this stuff you can buy called No-Scratch Spray. I've sprayed it on curtains, furniture, walls etc and it doesn't seem to leave marks. I don't know how it would go on clear coat, but cat's bloody hate the stuff. It stinks like some kind of potent detergent. The only downside is it only lasts 24 hours, but by the time you've used it for a week or 2, pussy starts to take a hint.

Driveway FTW. Quick parking, and the car gets washed by nature

mine lives in the yard as do all 6 of our cars. we have 4 'car holds' and only one can fit a car in, which is the old man's 67 XR ute, which has been getting done up for the last 6 yrs.

Out the front, living in the inner city there's no room for garages and car ports and what not. Side of the street or live in the western suburbs take your pick.

Sprinkle some pepper or hot chili powder on your car. Old puss climbs up onto warm bonnet, then licks his paws....

No more cat problems! If you want to, ahem, permanently fix the cat problem, a nice bowl of milk with aspirin will do the trick. But I didn't say that!
