Hi, A mate of mine wants/has my extractors, and is getting them modified to fit on his XW ute with a EF 4lt, any way he also has a EB11 with, small cam, chip xtractors and 2.5" system. he said he is willing to give me the chip for the extractors(dunno what type it is but its a chip none the less) My question is, Do we just unplug it from his car and plug it in mine and away e go? Or do we have to re-set the cars at all or anything?

depends if it is a unichip or J3 or a powerchip etc... The unichip and J3 should be adjusted and retuned for your car, the powerchip on the other hand just put it on Ebay....
