the pictures that the person has taken don't do it justice....the pics that were in street fords when it was featured were sweet as..
20k isn't to bad...but its more fun to spend it on your own instead of getting one already done.

I'm with ILLaViTaR.

It has an AU console, EBII GLi Wheel and ED Ghia seats. Why not do it properly. It seems that all the money was spent on body work, and there was none left over for the interior.

I'd rather spend the $20,000 on an XB Hardtop with a 351 in it.

I prefer the old wheels. The black door handles need to go too. The EL XR vents look a bit tacky as well, but still not a bad car.

I like it apart from the black door handles and mirrors.

Sorry, but for me that puts the Gly in Ugly. I hate two tone, I hate big fat chromies and making it two door when it's not a two door is gay.

Two tone is an old thing. Keep it in the past I reckon. But on that note, each to their own.

My cars rubbish anyway, so I can't comment. hehe

ive actually been taken for a ride in this car, its got some stick, but boy is the ride rough..and it was on 17 or 18s when i was in it. its a pretty neat car, and the interior isn't all that bad. It nicely finished in the metal

No it's a Scorcher boot garnish and bumpers. I've never really liked the Scorcher rear which is why I only got the front.

this car is sick.20k may sound steep but factor in that a respray alone is say $5-8k not to mention the 2 door conversion. full custom doors, 1/4 windows, door trims ect. then money has been spent on on doing the motor (if i remember its got not bad power figure.) you could not build this car for 20k.

That thing is awesome!! As LOWXR said, you wouldnt be able to build that car for $20k. IIRC, this one was done properly, unlike the Scorcher build which was dodgy.
As for the ED Ghia seats, I reckon they look great with a touch of orange, custom, but very subtle.
Would look better with standard front, no vents, no repeater and coloured or no handles though :P

Hate to say it but i dont mind it, if it were all one colour and some nice dished wheels (not chrome) IMO it would look even better

is this the old sony explode car (they and some company came together to build a eb or ed xr8 2 door in red for a demo car that some one could win) or did he do this one him self.

the quote up top, he said its not the sony car.

it would have looked much better all the same colour, or a differnt 2 tone, looks awful, but thats my opinion
