It may be rarish, but not necessarily worth anything though. You could find someone after one, but it may take months. Put $4k on it and see how you go.

If I was in the market I would pay up to $5k depending on Ks and condition.

I love my EFs. One of the best cars Ford Aus ever made.

Is it series 1 or 2? What year is it?

Depends on condition, Km's, other mods, which model it is? etc. Basicly the people who would be interested would likely be enthusiasts. If its a stocker and say a gli i doubt you will get more than 4k, if you've done a bit of work you might get 5k if you wait for the right buyer. Need to see some pics however!

I'd say around 2-3k depending on condition.

We picked one up half a year back $2300 with reg and RWC.

On LPG 200 000k's with a reco'd engine (30 000k's or so).
They're not hard to find just sought after.

What is it? sedan? wagon? GLi? Futura? What colour? (Aaah the good old days when you could have what ever you wanted, from memory you could even option a Manual 5.0L V8 Futura Wagon, wouldn't be too many of them around though)

I love the EF/ EL still my favorite falcon Models they look so much more modern than the VS/VR, decent reliability and performance too.

i just bought a EF GLi 5 spd, 175k on the clock, religiously cleaned and serviced, all A1, brand new tyres and 6 months rego for $3,500, and that was a bloody good deal.
So $4000 might be an achievable target

I sold mine for $1600

Was an auto, used an EBI gearbox, flywheel, and clutch. Modified the auto loom to get the fans off and engine to idle.

Can't remember km, It was around 300,000. 2nd engine (first engine did a head gasket, and it was cheaper to get a new engine). Everything else worked on it, and the trim was average (not bad, just gum in the rear seat and the door speaker covers had holes).

I sold it without rego or warrant, and I delivered it 60km away. I just wish I could find an identical car in nz for that kind of money...
