hey guys not sure if anyone can help me but ever since i got the car (last nov) i've noticed the a/c making really weird noises, they're louder when its turned on, still there when its turned off but not as loud or as frequent. i made a video as the noise is hard to describe.

Sounds like a dry / dying fan bearing .Nasty things to get to

i suppose but i've had problem after problem with this thing, diff rebuild, new brake booster, now another brake problem i've yet to diagnose, random electrical problems, this fan bearing, and it hasn't even reached 200k yet
ah well should have waited and got an AU 2 lol |

It does sounds very much like the fan bearing.
However, although much less likely but if you are extremely lucky (and based on your track record so far lets not get our hopes up) it might just be something in the fan duct and stuck between the fan and the duct (leaves). With a rabbit's foot in one hand cycle it through all modes floor, face level etc check by hand and with a vacuum cleaner the floor pointing duct behind the glove box and pull the fan speed controller on the firewall and vacuum clean everything out of the duct behind that.
