Question EB Interior Light Delay????

How do i put a time delay on tne interior lights so when i close the door the lights stay on for like 20 seconds so i can see wear i am sticking the key?

Buy a Ghia :P

maybe if you use the Green BCM from a Fairmont or Ghia it will work? or get one of those jaycar kits. i dont think there worth much.

ye ghias had that standard

its a greenbox that was in the ghias/fairmonts that control internal electrics, ie feautures like your on about

You cant use the green BEM on a GL loom, been there done that it doesnt work.

You have to get a Jaycar kit or install Fairmont/ghia wiring thruout your car... inc door switch's so the BEM knows that your handle is open.. alot of work for not much of a result

hey mick are you sure its not possible in EB2 - ED? i know it dont work on EA's :P

yep if you read that 2 part 'fangled' manual I keep pinching off you, the pin outs are slightly different ;)

Surely there's a "Deep South" method involving the, umm, "employment" of a man (woman or child... or family!) who could manually turn the interior lights off after 20 seconds.

Now THAT is an E-Series mod!
