Default How to fix: Rear Axle Tie Rod Ends have Torn Boots

Got my car checked out today and they told me that the rear axle tie rod ends have torn boots.
I have a 2000 au2 i6 fairmont ghia with irs.
Can someone give me any ideas on the cost and the best way of fixing this problem.
If in Sydney any one recomend a place that does this job.

The car will need a wheel alignment after replacing them so factor in that cost too.
