Default Uneven acceleration question

Hi,

Another question prior to the warranty running out on the EL Fairmont.

I've noticed recently if accelerating uphill there seems to occasionally be a bit of a stutter in the - otherwise smooth - acceleration. Could this be a plug/lead/injector, or is there something else I should be looking at? It also appears every now and then as a bit of a 'bump' when the engine is idling at lights.

Given that I'm getting one of these 'end of warranty' inspections done on Friday, is this something I should be mentioning for the guy to look out for in the test drive? The only things I'm aware of at present that will show up are serious wind noise along the window frame on the drivers door (I assume this is just a seal? or do the doors droop?) and also the brakes require new discs and pads (really bad vibration when braking especially downhill and lots of squealing) - both these items were identified before purchase but were not fixed as promised prior to delivery.

Any assistance or suggestions/ideas gratefully received.

There are many possibilities. I'd suggest a full service including fuel filter, injector cleaner, spark plugs and the other basics. The chances are something small has been overlooked by a mechanic.
