Default slow retracting seatbelt

my rear left passengers seat belt retracts slowly and i was wondering if there is anything i can spray in the mechanism to make it retract normally.

i realise seat belts are a safety feature so please dont abuse me over this. i just want to know if anything can safely be done to improve this.
thanks

Lazy Seatbelt Fix

NOTE. You don't have to spray along the whole length of the belt, only the part that actually retracts into the mechanism.

Shalom,

GK
