If you are talking about the 300+ Coupes, the company that built them is Australian Automotive Components
http://www.austautocomp.com.au/about.asp

But I don't think there is any info on there website about the 300+ Coupe, besides the pic on the about us page.

I did ask about the coupe and sedan in April this year and this is the respone I got.

================================================== =
Hi Goran,

We have one of each in our showroom, and would consider selling one, a Black four door car, the one that was featured in Wheels and Performance Fords.

This is one of our original cars, and is actually about 370kW! The car has done very low kilometres, press and show duties only, is registered for a year and is ready to go.

It has 19 inch Works wheels and 35 series Yokohamas, leather interior, climate control and is in pretty nice order all round.

If you would like more detail, please feel free to call my Mobile 040x xxx xxx

Thanks and Regards

Jay Upton

Thay are in WA.

The link below is from the AEC website and has quite a bit of info on the 300+ AU Falcon Coupe. Taken from Wheels magazine May 2002.
