Default Mod Starter - New people format guide

With some of the resourses in people we have on E-series here, would it be possible to have a "sticky" thread which contains the "basic start point" for modifications.
I spent months reading threads on some mods that i had no idea on or thier gains or application. As most of the cars here have "dyno" support for the claims of acheivment, maybe a numbered 1-10 type setup in order could benefit some newcomers with limited knowledge and save them purchasing mods in the wrong order, For example, "Before aff" i was told after the pacemakers and cai, get the resistor in the cai, did it "waste Of money" wrong advise?
This came about because i sent a young bloke who asked me of my car and mods and give him the aff address to seek information, and he came back to me with more questions than i could answer, Hence this thread.

Your thoughts welcome......Kev

Cheers for the reply Neb, i dont like giving a "guess" or "try this" with other peoples money, and i have learnt so much from the forums but it is a little daunting, "Terminology" and products unknown.

Feels good to help people "Young" & "Old"- me!

Cheers Again Kev.......

You could break it up into so many sections for example different budget ranges or even desired power aims.

for me if anything breaks or needs replacing i do with parts that will improve druability or performance. eg K&N filter or better spark plugs down to suspension and stereo.

good idea because sometimes the search function doesnt bring up what you are actually looking for.
