Default couldn't do it

after getting my tax return I was toying with the idea of selling my AU and my fairlane, adding a bit of cash and going to the dark side ( B series turbo)
in the end I decided I love the look of a nice AU XR so I opted for some paint to fix the cat scratches from a former neighbours cat , boot bonnet roof and front bar which had been cracked right through the bottom , it's a fiberglass bar. replaced the driving lights and lower mesh with red powder coated mesh.
Add some FG style stripes and the old girl looked much healthier. I ditched the single din alpine head unit in favour of a Fairlane premium stacker a mate of mine is a trimmer he is redoing the centres of my leather seats in blue to match my Momo wheel and Tbar similar to a TE50.
Going in next week for new rack ends and some Nexens. thinking of playing with some red highlights on the rims going to do a mock up and will post here for opinions .
At the end of the day I just couldn't abandon the AU ( only done 166Ks) so it'll be with me for quite a while now I have spent way too much on her

Awesome looking car. Worst thing I ever did was sell my AU for a B series!

I wouldn't do the wheels personally.
I think it's good as is, the wheels are a bit much

I looked at similar but you really need a bonet bulge to look good as the stripes continued to the bonnet.

Throw on some AU2/3 5 spokes, a mild cam, and ditch the stickers.

Just put the stickers on, not ditching them and prefer the BA rims ( hate the AU tickford rims ) . going for a crow high torque cam

Been wondering what your car looked like.

What about a set of Rebels like KR1STOs TL50R had?
