2001 au Fairmont drops back through the gears after having service.After fitting recond trans problem is now worse with car in motion it over revs and car dosent move.You come to a complete stop and then car will move again but still drops down in gears again

Check fluid level again mate. Tourque converter will have taken 9 litres of oil on its own.
