Default Removing rear trimming

Hi everyone, my wife's focus cabriolet has got a little problem. The rear window on the drivers side wont go up or down. Something sounded like it snapped inside the panel where the motor for the window is located.
Im having trouble getting access to the motor or regulator. Cant seem to get the trimming entirely off, its still connected to the rear trimming above the rear seats.

Has anyone ever pulled the trimming off or replaced anything the power window regulator? I can't seem to find any pics or vids to help.
