Default Movin on from E-Series

Hey Guys and Gals!

I kno its been a fair while since i posted but im always checkin in to see whats going on and i thought i would update you all on whats been going on.

Well recently over the summer i bought a sprint kit (off Boo Yeh), new HD clutch and also got some personalised slimline plates (SHANXR) for my xr.

Anyways after all this i kinda got into a rut and decided enough is enough, im pretty happy where my xr6 is at, at the moment so i wasnt going to spend anymore on non-essential things besides just general running and servicing costs of my car.

I thought to myself im spending soo much money on this car and at the end of the day it is just a daily driver to me so it was time to get a project car! To cut a long story short after a few weeks searching I found myself an 82 XE fairmont ghia shell, completly straight, rust free and recently painted in charcoal. The guy was originally building it to be an ESP look-a-like but ran out of money so his loss. i also picked up another Ghia which is a bit sadder but has all perfect glass, mouldings, interior and all that to chuck into the painted shell. I also picked up 4 snowflakes in the deal so i was wrapped to finally get something. the plan is to have a nice strong 351, simmons and all that jazz but that is a while off just yet! Pics you ask... theyll be up real soon!

Ive always loved the ESP's and although it not be an original, ill call it my own and make something special out of it. :1syellow1 The point of this thread? i dont know but i thought i would let yas know of my new project. who else has similar projects?? hopefully real soon ill be starting up a project thread in that section later, so keep an eye out! And no im not leaving e-series, just moving onto other things as we all know once youre in you can never leave!!! Peace out!

Cheers, Shannon.

I found out the other day my "step-uncle" has an XE ESP sitting in the shed when i went around to his house, white over grey. Looks awesome, but it's been sitting in the shed for like 10 years. He wants get her back on the road again sometime, but I want it for myself! It's only a 302, but it's nice as ;) Good work shannon, love the ESP's!
