Default Re: electric car charger from Australian company - Bris to Syd in 3 20min stops.

I`m thinking theres a world wide manufacturing opportunity here .
A self maintaining(up to a point), portable fold out solar array and battery bank ..... like something from nasa ...... power pack( with wind ? ) , perhaps with a small inbuilt generator back up only for those days when there is bugger all sun.... possibly in modules, a chep pallet wide(maybe two ? ) and transportable by crane truck ..
councils could put them in allocated rest areas and move them around as they see fit ? for high travel areas add more modules .

As it is portable it would be great to connect rural areas with greater capacity to the city in high demand times. Like holidays, public holidays, music festivals etc.

I'm pretty sure that the Solar panel on the Prius is only to run the electrics in the car such as dash display, headlights etc
