second last on the dept of trans web site page http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/media..._VS_IB_102.pdf

but you wont need them just make application to dept of transport to modify engine in such a way and they SHOULD give permission if they do then no mod needed if they don't then now way getting passed
I went thru this some time ago for my zh fairlane and would be allowed to force induct a motor of up to 5.4 (from memory) ci but im running larger 6.6cc's to be closer
its calculated off vehicle mass and anything with mass over 1100kg its 3 times that weight equals the largest cc's motor you can apply for
read under section 2.13 ENGINE CAPACITY
https://infrastructure.gov.au/roads/...jan2011_v3.pdf
from memory application form to fill out is ib-102q
