Default EL GT wheel

Will a Ford dealer be able to fit an EL GT wheel to my EFII Ghia as a replacement for the standard one thats basically worn through. If so how much would I possibly be up for and can the airbag module of the standard wheel fit into the GT wheel? Does anyone also have any pictures of the EL GT wheel?

I think the airbag is just a 2 pin plug... 12volts goes through it and it triggers...

I guess they would all work the same if not similar...

As far as the wheel goes, I can't see them being alot different between the EF - EL...

Wheels are identical, will fit, no worries. ELGT has black airbag though. NL Concorde has ELGT wheel too, not being a TVE part number, could be cheaper.
Site sponsor FTG have ELGT wheels for sale, try them.

EL GT wheel will fit on, your airbag will fit the EL GT wheel, but will be the wrong colour...
use a black vynil dye to colour the airbag

doubt you'd be able to get one through ford anymore, they pop up on ebay every now and then though for about 550

ah ok cool... well tonight my autoshifter gear stick button shot out of the leather knob again (3rd one i've been through) and was hoping to get an EL GT auto gear knob aswell. Same deal about looking for it through ebay or FTG? Would it be around the 90-100 mark for one of these and are they perforated? The reason I wanted it fitted through Ford was so insurance doesnt have a wobbly fit over it.
