Thanks DFB, I'll keep that in mind. Altho, me being the lazy guy I am, I'm not sure how often it would get washed.

Is there a reason you use a commercial washer? Initially I thought it might be because the cover is so large, but I reckon it would not be that different in volume to a queen or king size bed linen load, which would fit into my washer comfortably.
