Question URGENT ! - help need please .

OK, so i decided to get motivated this morning and wire up my extra driving lights on the auII , i decided that i wanted to add another switch inside the cabin hidden away so i can actually turn them off when i have my normal driving lights on if i whish ( i have them wired to come on with the parkers/headlights ) ...
This is where the problem begins - I cant even find a place to run a wire from inside the cabin to under the hood ? , i have looked near the pedals in the cabin and under the hood and noticed what lookis like a small tube sticking out of the firewall with a small rubber grommet blocking the end of it ( its a bit above where the steering comes through the firewall ) , seems to be a possibility to run it through there ? , but i looked inside the cabin again near the pedals and steering shaft and cant see the hole on the other side , there is like that thick foam stuff covering everything near the pedals on the firewall inside the cabin .
question is - can i use the hole that has the grommet in it , and if yes - how the hell do you get to it from inside the cabin , is cuttin away some of the foam required , or is the hole visible but i just didnt see it ? , any help appreciated , thx

That hole is for the clutch cable, the wire should feed out the otehr side, if not poke a bit of coat hanger through first then the wire.

ahh , awesome , thanks for the fast response ;) - i was thinking of doing that but i wasnt sure what the hole was for ( i didnt wanna go poking into anything and damaging something ) .. so by what your sayin if i poke it from under the hood it should poke through the foam on the other side yeah , cheers
