Which 4 x 100 amp did you get mate? New or old range?

so with u all baging out the sony's id just like to inform u all that today i made 135.5 decibels in my wagon. they 2 12's run off the Response Presision AA0428 (800w) from Jaycar. having said that there was a VS bombodore sedan also with 2 12's running off a Response Presision AA0429(1500w) yet he only scored a 134.0 dB

Yeah.. but sedan versus wagon is always advantageous to the wagon.. they just a big hatchback..

Trust me.. wagons will always pull a larger db when running idendical gear and boxes.. I have tested this theory..

Anyone prove me wrong?

u need a minimum 760wRMS amp QUICK! they are the red pentegons arent they? if u bought it all at once the quy that sold it to u is a moron!

Very odd for SONY to rate their gear in RMS..

sony stuff usually just say "rated power" instead of RMS

Yeah usaully even on the new stock it says "1400W" or something but not in RMS...

Oh yeah is there a better quality 4" speaker then boston cause thats what I have got curently And they are 150W

from wot i know boston is in the eliete end of car audio. maybe mtx? candence? but i don't really know, just suggestions

I think MTX is a bit lower in there 4"s but yeah was just wondering... Cause I have blown three pairs...I have the new series now...And I ahve only paid for one set...I love warenty

Yeah I got told I needed subs and thats why they kept blowing up... but meh if warenty covers it then stuff it...
