this just in.

Quote:
The owner of a car whose tyre print was found on the head of Betty Smith has told a Court in Adelaide that he did not engage in hoon behaviour.

Betty Smith, 92, died after a severe burn to the head from a spinning tyre near Eagle on the Hill in August.

During today's hearing the man, Aaron, was asked whether he had gone to Eagle on the Hill to perform hoon type behaviour.

It was then put to Aaron that he had performed a 'burnout' on mrs Smith's head.

The lawyer for Mrs. Smith said this could explain the tyre print on her corpse.

Aaron rejected the explanation and his lawyer asked to have the question disallowed, calling it sensationalist.

Aaron was also accused of earlier giving inconsistent evidence to the hearing, with one of the lawyers saying his evidence had been like shifting sand.

The lawyers then questioned whether there was one word of his testimony which could be believed.

"It was all just a misunderstaning" claimed Aaron outside of court today, still clothed in the Klu Klux Klan outfit which he is was reported to be wearing during the crime.

"sure, I cant remember the exact details" he remarked, taking a puff of a suspicious looking ciggarette "but I can usually remember things like that".

Aaron will re-appear in court tommorow for sentencing.

I'll donate some advice, at prison or the remand centre, Aaron needs to beat another guy up vicious like. This will establish him as someone that cannot be picked on and will be the first step to setting up a gang in prison.
