Default ED XR6 Exhaust

Hi guys, I've got an ED XR6, and I've just got a 2 1/2inch exhaust + pacemakers that I want to put in.

What I was thinking is:

Someone that needs/wants my stock XR6 exhaust+headers who has Wednesday or Thursday night free, could come over and help me rip it out and put my new pipe in.
Now I was thinking of selling my stock exhaust/headers for around $250/$300.

However, I would be willing to sell them for $150-200 if someone helped me install my new ones.

I live a suburb away from Frankston, and the stock XR6 exhaust is in immaculate condition.

I plan to have my new system in before the cruise on the 18th.

If no one wants it, then I'd really appreciate a hand installing my new system, I have all the tools and I can do all the work myself, I'd just rather have someone who's done it before to help, thats all.

So, PM me if your interested, or are willing to help.

Thanks guys!

Why not pay an exhaust shop to fit it? it'd save you alot of hassle.

I like the idea of saving money (I'm fairly broke) and I also like the idea of learning more about my car.

maximus. Go to westernport exhausts in hastings and say Joe from hastings brake and clutch sent you there to get a quote on fitting your extractors + exhaust to your ED. They will do a good job, and save you heaps of time/pain.

You need, as Jase said, flanges and a welder to customize the cat.

Wait until you have some money and get it fitted properly.
