Default Weird engine clicking noise from the EA and EF

I dunno if this is normal but whenever I go to start my cars in the morning especially when its cold, the engine takes a few secs to start fair enough but then when it does it usually makes this weird clicking noise for a second or so.

anybody else get that? its just a strange sound.

Is it like a snapping / clicking sound? Like a electrical click sound? AS my car recently started this and were unknown what it is...
