Default EA MPFI - any hints for changing dizzy cap?

My car is misfiring at idle at the moment, and it's annoying me - leads plugs and coil are all good, so i'm gonna take a stab and change the dizzy cap, however, i couldn't be stuffed pulling off the manifold again.
Are there any tricks to changing it with the manifold still in place? Or is it just a matter of needing extremely small and flexible arms?

take all the leads off the plugs, feed em back through the manifold, pop the dizzy cap off and pull it out, i did it with out too much effort on my car a while ago.

its a much easier job with the ISC removed too, just need flexy wrists to undo the back clip

i found was easier with airbox lid/snorkel out the way

Remove airbox, snorkel, ISC and the job isnt as hard as it appears to be.

use a long flat head screwdriver to pop the clip thats near the block. and do the same when reinstalling. any other way is almost impossible
