i got my hi-flow cat done at gold coast mufflers at Southport, honestly man you don't notice hardly any increase in power...to be honest i dunno why i got it in the first place it was a waste of 230bucks IMO.

That ebay one is just a copy of a metalcat type design. Metal substrate cats tend to last longer than ceramic ones and there are claims that they flow a lot better, but thats up to your opinion I guess.
