Not an e-series, but my 650k old AUII on LPG does 0-100 in 9.8sec, 9.6 on petrol.

I do not know how you would work out your 0 to 100 time. If you put the
car on the strip your time slip shows reaction time, 60 ft time, 330 ft
time, 660 ft time, 660 ft mph, 1000 ft time and mph and quarter mile time
and mph. Plus weather condition stats, humidity, temperature, barometric
pressure, wind speed, wind direction. I don't know how you would work this
out. I know manufacturers state these 0 to 100 times, but they probably have custom timing conditions set up.

So take the car to the strip - you'll find it a lot of fun and very
addictive!

There is a time slip database on AFF

So I think we're about done here.
