Hi there...
I've got a 2000 AU Falcon Futura and it seems that something is not right with the central lock. If I press the key pad once , the drivers door opens if I press it twice, all doors are open and if I press it the third time, they all lock again. So far so good and everything seems to be normal. But how does it work with the key ? If I unlock it manually , only the drivers door opens up . How can I open all four doors with the key manually in one go ? The central lock button in the dashboard is also inactive and if I put the automatic in drive the doors supposed to lock automatically at a certain speed , right ? well...they don't do it. The funny part is.....if I unlocked all four doors with the key pad , I can lock them all again using the key. I can unlock only the drivers door with the key , but I can lock all four doors with the key if they are all open. :togo: oh...and another thing .... whats the best idea to get those door bezels out behind the door openers without chipping or cracking them ? Thank you guys for any advise because I am really confused... Swedishmoose |

Getting the bezels out with a screwdriver is adequate, just at the clips (top, bottom, left and right if my memory serves me). You'll find if one clip pops out the rest follow by themselves.

as for the central locking, there should be a programming instruction in the owner's manual. if you don't have one, i know it has been mentioned on here before. otherwise someone else may be able to help you
