Ohhh thats nice - hmmmm will I buy one I won't I

I know its HPC coated and thats also why the high price of them but I have some piping ready to fit but unsure what difference heat soak would make

getting one made at an exhaust shop, and the coated later would save u about 100 bucks id say.

I've got one of the di filipo in takes aswell tmake heaps of difference when you pop the hoods. Looks much nicer.

The exposed pod is not the best idea though, As the victorian law states the air filter must be enclosed in a box and also it would suck in engine bay heat

Still full of optimism and friendliness webby... Theyre are a bunch of ways to run a Mandrel intake with a pod without sucking hot air (use ur enginuity). Mine is off Bruce Heinrichs old race car and looks relatively the same as the difillipo (but better!) (go brucey) and bruce has been unstoppable in the Aus Saloon car series. Surely if the set up was that bad he wouldnt have used it and would have found a better way of making a CAI.
