Default 'Save Dave' - the Miranda Kerr admirer

I came across this plight tonight and thought there might be a few sympathisers on here who can try and help Dave out.

You know the bloke, the one from Macquarie Bank who was busted on the news browsing through sexy attachments of Miranda Kerr.

Anywho, have a read and do the bloke a solid - you know he'd do the same for you ;)

Dopey?

Poor bloke, caught up in the medias BS. What I find the most ironic is the picture he looked at is similar to the ones published in the Herald Sun. You can not tell me they are being looked at by people in the work place.

Only difference is, this poor bloke got busted on the TV. It wasn't porn, it is as 'graphical' as any advertisement in a catalogue found in many letterboxes and news papers across Australia.

Should Macquarie decide to punish David, they would be incredibly hypocritical.

It's like that everywhere...

I receive emails like that, I've actually got the Miranda Kerr email sitting in my inbox at the moment. I work at an engineering consultancy...

Looking at the email, it's done the rounds and has been to many different types of companies.

How dopey are we!!!

I reckon he was set up. From what I have read, the bottom of the email apparently said: "Now turn around". They should let him keep his job.

On another note, wonder if Macquaries marketing department is smart? This campaign has gone worldwide. Would have a whole new audience - If you like - of potential customers to email once this whole thing blows over.

I reckon there will be a meeting to discuss the implications, then a meeting to cover the minutes taken at the first meeting and convert them to key points. Key points will be discussed in another meeting then someone will write up a report based on the meetings and then those will be discussed in various departmental meetings. Eventually someone's personal assistant's secretary will give the go ahead for HR to have some meetings to discuss an email on company policy to be circulated to all employees. If you have a really big TV you'll be able to see Dave read his in about 6-8 weeks.

Seems for the moment he has kept his job. Wonder if he will do the morning talk show rounds from his recent infamy?

I think there should be further investigation of the content of the email in question.

Yes, dopey.

It wouldn't have been a surprise that a camera was pointed in his direction and beamed out, I'd be sitting still so my antics wouldn't end up on Youtube.

Did you notice the news flash was all about things rising?, so the background email was entirely appropriate.

But, taking the hard line, "am I paying people to sit there and look at their personal email all day?", perhaps he was set up and the email was an internal one from a colleague saying "this will cause the market to rise", but on opening the first pic, he should have quit....but he kept going!

and where do I go to download the pics
