Default Parking lights

hi all,

just recently bought an 07 lt lx and am slowly getting used to all the features.

One thing ive noticed is that you can leave the parking lights on and lock the car etc... All four lights front and rear remain on...my question is how can these lights remain on all night? Does it have a secondary battery?

Also, the mini trip computer's light between the speed and rpm dials remains on when all lights are off and the car is locked, is this normal?

thanks

i can answer that yes the trip computers lights do stay on for a little while after you lock up, they do turn off eventually i believe and turn on when you open the door... ( i think)....

not sure about the parking lights though, i have always wondered the same...
