I just received my leather console lid but i cant work out how to remove the original lid? help plz lol

Did the leather console come with plastic hinge connected to it?

Well you need to used the original hinge for it but im not sure if there is anyway to remove the without breaking them. There are 7 or 8 screws inside the lid which i think actually holds the leather on to the plactic part, so you could try unscrewing them and switch it to the original, but im not 100% sure...

....and to remove the hinge of the car there are 2 phillips head screws either side of it, the lid must be open to unscrew it.

hey thanks for that au dude! i just unscrewed the 8 screws and replaced it with the leather one...looks sweet!
