Have any XR4 owners had the plastic manifold crack on the Duratec ST engine? This results in the engine idling high. If so, how have you resolved the issue? I have been quoted $1600.00 for a new manifold plus labour to rectify the problem. Research has shown that this is a problem with the plastic manifold.

Try sourcing your parts from the UK instead.
It may save you some $$$$$ |

If you want to pm me, I have a cosworth replica manifold which just needs the normal mods to fit also includes another power steering reservoir for the relocation.
Cheers
