1 cent us for a litre of petrol in venezuala(government subsidised) haha
Really cool to see who pays what around the world.

It doesnt take an Einstein to sell Petrol for 1 cent a litre. All you need to do is subsidise the ***** out of it. You simply run 12 to 15% budget deficits (as percentage of GDP) just like Venezuela does. In 15 years time, the kids of these Venezuelan petrol users will be paying a much higher price (and not just in petrol).
