Default Massive wheels on cars - what size are these (seen in US show)?

Was watching a doco filmed in the US, and as they were driving through this neighbourhood, I saw this Jag with enormous wheels:

Is this car actually driveable with those wheels or is it just for show?? Any idea on the size? It almost looks fake, except it isn't...

How can these wheels even clear the arches without scraping?

Not just the turning circle would be compromised but the clearance to the top of the guard, then the ride quality would be crap too.

The owner probably has a big fur coat, a gold grill and some lady employees.

Makes it easier for the Cat converter thieves

I just don't get why someone would do that to an old XF, and not even the better looking facelift but the ugly original version. And it can't be down to the cost, because the vehicle cost would only be a fraction of the cost of the whole setup.

Struggling to understand why someone would do this to one of the most handsome sedans ever made, both the hideous wheels and ridiculous pink wrap.

I know how I would want my XF to look............

how
