The other day I was in a hurry to get to work so I was trying to get past all the slow cars on the highway and I wasnt really paying attention to the shifter more on the cars around me and I was supposed to stick the gearbox in 3rd but it went into 1st accidently.
Now the tacho shot straight up to 6000rpm and I thought the engine was gonna break or something but I quickly got it into 3rd maybe a second later. Nothing came of it but I was just wondering if I could've hurt something in the drivetrain or engine?
