Default Im homeless....

Well I am on the 9th in Geelong. Im part of Phil's (MontyV8) bogan SA crew, and we've been searching in vein looking at cabbin accomodation in Geelong on the 9th. We'd like a place close to East Geelong (where ever the hell that is) as thats where our car trailer will be located.

I think it was Karl who mentioned a cabbin place who have cabbins for 6ppl in the area, any word on where this is, or any other suitable accomodation for 4 to 6 people??

Cheers Mexicans.

The last two are about 25 minutes drive from East Geelong.

Barwon Caravan & Tourist Park
153 Barrabool Road, Belmont
Phone: 03 5243 3842 <- That's the one Karl was talking about. I stayed there a couple of years ago, the cabins had 1 double bed and 4 single beds (bunks) and I think maybe a couch..

Billabong Caravan Park
59 Barabool Road. Belmont
Phone: 03 5243 6225 <-- This one is just down the road from the other one, I haven't stayed there to see what they have but it's worth looking at anyway.

Moolap Caravan Park
365 Bellarine Highway, Moolap
Phone: 03 5250 1381 <-- This one is just down the road from me, about 5 minutes drive I suppose. I stayed here when I first moved to Geelong. It's pretty cheap, has a double/queen bed I think and about 3 beds (bunks). But there's heaps of room for people to crash out on the floor.

Hope that helps!

I think the one i mentioned was riverglen? Its pretty quiet this time of year the last time i was there there wasnearly nobody there. and they have about 50 or so cabins.
double bed, 4 bunks, sofa bed shower toilet cooking stuff the usual things you'd expect. about 70 a night charged per cabin not per person

just booked a cabin at the riverglen place.
the cabin is $70 for 2 ppl, $10 extra for every person over the 1st two.
plus its an extra $20 for linen/towels etc, so $120-130 for the cabin for the night. not bad for 6ppl.
plus they have room for the car trailer.
