Clutch is usually worn. Could be pressure plate, flywheel face not level though. Rip it out, get a new clutch (pressure plate, the lot), machine the flywheel and it should fix it.

yeap ive got exactly the same issue but only in 1st if I dont give it enough revs (its not lugging I know what that is).
Also sometime when I change gears the car feels like it "shuffles". If it was a new car I would say diff bushes but im not sure about this one.

I used to get it a bit after driving for a while.... but I think I wasn't giving it enough revs, slip it a tiny bit more and it seems fine now... still noticable in heavy traffic tho (probably not game to give it too many revs incase my foot gets lazy lol)

Anyone consider that it might be diff lash?
I had the same problem on the AU and the BA both manual. Im running a Daikin clutch and got the flywheel machined when fitted, still had some hop after i did htat. |

yeah I reakon one of my problems is diff lash...but the other must be my clutch I think.
Basically in traffic if I dont give it more than what I think is already enough it shudders. As soon as the revs rise its fine.
