regrind means removing rocker gear, remove cam, removing all the lifters, shim up as required, refit lifters, drop in cam, put rocker gear back on.
billit cam means remove rocker gear, remove cam, drop in cam, put rocker gear back on. there is nothing wrong with a regrind cam. what grind you lookin at?

stg 3 will require a chip - my mate dropped a stage 3 crow into his manual EF & it wouldn't hold an idle.
i've a stage 2 with XR ecu, and idles pretty well ;)
