Did you call the cops, even thou it's not a real accident, they would have written him a fine for the accident, that's 3 dermit points, plus they could have got him for being on the mobile.

That's house?? Is house the new word for crap? Sure does suck when someone else hurts your pride and joy, then has the hide to take of so it isn't their problem.

You were in the car when it happened? Didnt you get out and talk to the guy on the spot. Exchange details, find witnesses etc etc?

Hmm last time I got reversed into, same thing happened, dude was on the phone. I was the one who got charged too for hittin him... arrogant pric|< he was :
I had to chase after him cos he hit my rear bar took a look, didn't see me standing by the boot with a face like : I aint no runner either but I flew tryin to catch him, got him at the carpark exit, opened his door and he started swearin at me. Story goes from there.... the moral, don't hit people. Damn cops :the_finge |

Yes - don't hit people. That is not the resolution. If you got the guys door open, you could have taken the keys out of the ignition instead.
Physical violence is not the answer. Getting them charged for leaving the scene of an accident is.

violence aint always the answer but if you can thump some a5shole and not get pinched by the coppers...id say go for it...nothin like the sweet smack of fist smashing an ugly grill
