Default Changing front indicator ?

When I indicate right the green arrow on the dash flicks on and off really quickly. Now the last time this happened it was either a fuse or the bulb was gone. A quick check of the front indicator after selecting right turn points out that there's no light turning on. So I guess I need a new bulb.

What I want to know is can I just pop off the clear cover to the indicator to change the bulb or is it accessed from under the front spoiler somehow ? It's dark at the moment and I really can't be bothered to check the car anymore tonight, especially as I don't really want to lie down on a dirt carpark under the car.

For an XR, you need to remove the tray at the front under the front bar, or you could try removing the inner splash guard in the front wheel are and get in that way (though the tray method is the easiest and gives the best access. Then you can access the bulb unit, twist it & pull it out and change the bulb. The front cover screws in from behind, so there's no way to remove it from the front.
