Default Power steering

anyone know to drain/clean the power steering fluid, its one of the last things i wanna do but dont know how, and how much it takes to fill?

As far as i know, it is not nessasary to change the fluid ever unless contaminated. However, the only way to drain it is to remove the fluid hoses at the steering rack.
