Try this URL
http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/vrne/...40003CA9E?open I bought plates off e-bay and because they had never been put on a car I just took the transfer of rights form and the plates to vic roads, signed a form to change to a new contract and it didn't cost me anything more than what I paid on e-bay. |

Damn.. I got this form thing, and the plates that i got have been assigned on a car before, and vicroads said fill out the transfer of rights form, and pay like 99 bux or something, but if its before year 2000 you get this contract thing for which you only pay $50. I dunno what the go is, waiting for sum poof to get my form signed ;)

If you sign a new contract at Vic roads you don't pay the $50 ( contract fee ), but if the plates have already been on a car the re-assigning fee is $91.50, if the plates have not been on a car then the fee is $0
