Default $170 burnt-out clutch still chirpin 2nd an 3rd!!!...

As some of you might remember, i put a new clutch in and machined the flywheel, then a few days after i put it in, i burnt it out.....

so anyway i was a bit worry cause it was slippin, and i thought it would only get worse.....many of yous said another burnout and it would be gone....

i think ive got lucky cause now it engages good(a little to smooth) and also when i smash it through gears the old girl chrips/spins into 2nd AND into third...this is goin at 30-40kph then hittin it in 1st then 2nd ect....wont spin 4th though(gee i wonder why)....

yea, so how luckys that......
$175 clutch kit (BGM?? or something)...
smoked the clutch for about 40-50sec befor realising...
was slippin...
now has mad grip....
im guessin that cause its already engaged on gear changes thats its easier to spin it...
havnt tried it from standing still though...
feels mad hittin it passin people....

you probably had greasy finger marks etc on the flywheel when it was installed and now this has burnt off it's engaging properly.

or when you thought you burnt it out, you really just glazed it over, and now the glaze has worn off...
