Could have always turned the UHF off. Don't have to listen to it if you don't like it!

But what a top day. GOR is always a great place to go fang your car... I'm just glad mine got back home in one piece.

Looked like a great turn out. I'm spewing i didnt make the morning. Couldn't be fagged driving into geelong from johanna then back to apollo bay! The drive down sounded like a great 1.

Drive back to geelong was pretty standard. Choked up with holiday makers meandering home from a nice weekend away.

Saw some nice nice e-series. Few rough ones too. Ha.

Great to meet a few members and enjoy the sun shine.

Well let me reflect on todays cruise... Had a good time (even tho i only went as far as lorne due to some other commitments). Met a few people which was good. Im not really one for speaking to people but i tried my best. Was some nice cars out for sure!

An apologie to Kenaz for holding you up and plowing the road in front of you! I thought i best let you past after that. Cheers to Wayne and Al for introducing themselves to me, now i know a few faces it will be easier next time. As for my car it needs a few repairs from that initial run between Moriac and Lorne! Ive killed the mid muffler and my handbrake cable I remember now why i dont go that way to Lorne anymore!

Thanks guys,
-Danny

Dave, you are a champion thankyou SO much for the ride - best ever!

here are some pics:

LOL @ stupid drivers

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take too many pics, as my batteries died! dammit!

Afterwards, I picked up some Eseries stickers off John to put on the Mazda, haha.. and a couple of people came to my place to see..... THE INVISIBLE FORD EXISTS!!!

Awesome day guys, credit to the organisers... thanks to John for cooking the barbie. had a great day!

Yeah myself and Nothin Suss had to head back early, but on the plus side ive picked up my streetfighter headers:

Went to lorne, then got some vids of everyone leaving.

I must say though, next time people are in a cue, dont light them up on the dirt! Poor Pearly in his XF got a nice shower from an un-named Fairlane owner.

Other than that it was pretty cool. At last I got to put some usernames to faces, I have no officially popped my E Series cruise cherry!

Ive got some pics, ill only post if they are different to others.

That road from geelong - lorne was good, until a bottle of red bull started rolling around near my feet! That was interesting, I really need to get my shocks done too, its like a boat...LOL

Good day though, hope Lorne > was good!

Oh and other interesting moments, did everyone get a nice brake test when that float pulled off on the way to Lorne? I know I didn't see it coming to the last minute.

Also, I hate bike riders!

A big thanks to those who stopped to change my Belts after the altenator belt shat itself! So eager to help I didn't end up having to do much other than pass tools!

Threw the PS belt again on the way from apollo bay to colac , then again once we got back to Warrnambool.... convinced me to convert to serpentine... now to find an XH tensioner!

Great Day! had a ball. Thanks to Dave for giving me a lift, and thanks to mister Couger for use as a pain killer after my back gave in.
Also thanks to the dog for sucking down my sang. (I am sure the pic will be up soon to explain this one!)

That red wagon was GOLD! We got some good pics of it, but I don't know where the camera went so I can't upload 'em.

We got a little too trashed into the smallhours of this morning, so we made the hungover drive in the Sprint from Ararat a little too late to really have a chance to chat to anyone, just had a look at the cars and ****ed off LOL. Thanks to the bloke who pointed out the bird wedged in the front airdam of the sprint, hahaha, I couldn't believe it!

There was heaps of nice cars there, wish we had time to look at 'em a bit longer though. Pat, your car looks so different to the last cruise I saw it on mate, looks pretty damned tidy dude! And so many turbo e-series! I swear I spotted at least 4?

Anyways, not that I cruised with the group, but it looked like a good turnout and I hope everyone had fun

It was a great cruise. It was a shame a few of us got held up behind some VERY slow cars on the way up, but it was good fun. The EA had some pretty extreme bodyroll happening but the T5 certainly helped it in the straights. Good to catch up with lots of familiar faces, and meet up with some new ones too. Also, LOL at the Commodore

Oh, and my apologies go out to Krys (FordGirl) I believe it was, I nearly backed over you in our rush to quickly get some breakfast in Lorne (at 1pm), I'm sorry, didn't see you there until the last minute, I was a little tired :

Sorry FordGirl, must not have been you haha. It was the black XR8 sprint with Directors and APV kit (was reasonably loud :hihi: ) near the BBQ end or the Lorne carpark. It might not have been that close because I didn't see the person jump out of the way or anything, but I was shocked when I saw a person pop out of nowhere near the back of the car when I was nearly done reversing!

I was perfectly safe however, I was just checking out the view!

I had previously been saying how much I love black sprints... you were miles away from me though!
