2 ways that i know how to do it (only tried 1 tho). One is to make a sub frame fromm wood, then you get some stretchy material and stretch it over the frame to create the curves you desire. Then it's a matter of mixing up the fibreglass resin and brushing a primary layer onto the material. Once it sets, you then add additional layers of resin and fibreglass matting to strengthen the surface. After that, it's a matter of sanding out the imperfections and using some body filler to smooth out the surface. The second method is used for concaved surfaces and more complex designs, were you build up the area with expander foam, which you then sand into the shape you desire, and finish off with fibreglass in the same way i explained above. Really quite simple. You can also make moulds but is a little impractical for the larger stuff.
